Approximately a hundred and twenty crew members of Aditya Dhar’s Dhurandhar featuring Ranveer Singh, fell ill on August 17 due to food poisoning during the shoot in Leh.
The shooting came to a halt, but has now been resumed.
A prominent member of the unit spoke to this writer from Leh. “Namaskar. Yes, everyone is fine now. Some bad contaminated chicken coming from Srinagar to Leh did the deed. Apparently people are falling sick all over the town. Don’t quote me, don’t want tourism to get effected here.”
Ranveer remained unaffected by the contaminated chicken. Stars don’t eat what the rest of the cast and crew do.
