Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan interacted with the UK media yesterday, 6th January 2012 to promote his latest release; Abbas-Mustan’s official Bollywood remake of The Italian Job.

The Players actor got candid with the press talking about his role, upcoming films and his daughter with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.

Speaking about the original iconic dialogues from The Italian Job, Bachchan said: “We could not use those dialogues as they were, because when they are translated, they don’t sound the same.”

The film has been directed by hit directorial duo Abbas-Mustan (RaceAjnabee, Baazigar) and Abhishek commented on working with them saying: “Abbas-Mustan’s favourite thing to say is ‘kamaal hai’. Whenever they would like a shot, they would say ‘kamal hai, kamal hai’ and we used to make fun of them(laughs). When it was an average shot we would always ask them ‘kamaal hai?’, so we would know whenever we did a good job.”

Abhishek also said that he has been busy promoting Players, hence he could not decide on a name for his daughter. He said that he has made up a list and will discuss the names with wife Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, as soon as he gets time to do so.

He also confirmed that we will be working with his father again in a film to be directed by Amit Sharma under the AB Corp banner.

This years first big release Players – Go for Gold starring Abhishek Bachchan, Bipasha Basu, Sonam Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Sikander Kher and Omi Vaidya is now out in theaters worldwide.
