After having failed to get the desired response from Aamir Khan, the producers of the biopic on Bollywood legend Kishore Kumar have now reportedly approached Abhishek Bachchan.
The producers are very excited by the project: “As a production house we are always excited about all our projects but this film is based on a legend called Kishore, so it’s super special,” they said, “As a subject, Kishore Kumar’s life is very colourful. His love life, his career, his music, his marriages and above all his eccentricities, he was a complete entertainer.”
Meanwhile, Abhi is continuing to film for Ravana in the forests of Kerala with his wife Aishwarya Rai Bachchan after having recovered from a recent virus. He’s been working hard at the gym and has lost 15 kilos in preparation for the role and it also sporting a crew-cut. He’s also excited about the release of Dostana this week with John Abraham and Priyanka Chopra, hoping it will restore his fortunes after the disappointment of Drona.
