Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has found herself in the center of yet another controversy. The actress who is well-known for asking for bags of money whether it’s a movie or a performance, has been called out for overcharging the Commonwealth Games officials when she performed a dance at the games a few years ago.
According to sources, the actress had demanded close to 4 Crores for her eleven minute performance at the opening ceremony of the Commonwealth Games, which they felt was a bit pricey. Additionally, people also believe that for such a cause, the actress should not be charging anything especially since the money for the game is tax-generated.
The actress has yet to comment but clearly this is not the kind of publicity she would want especially after her film, Raavan has flopped and how, at the box office. The actress has a couple of films coming up including Action Replay and Guzaarish, both of which are scheduled to release by the end of this year.
