Ajay Devgn is returning to the Raid world, once again starring in a Raj Kumar Gupta action packed intrigue film. It was announced today that Raid 2, the sequel to Raid, which was released in 2018 to critical acclaim film, is coming soon.
Riteish Deshmukh plays the antagonist in the movie, which we have to say is going to be epic to watch. Rajat Kapoor and Vaani Kapoor also star in feature roles.
Announcing the release date, Devgn wrote, “Naya Shehar. Nayi File. Aur Amay Patnaik Ki Ek Nayi Raid (New city. New file. And a new raid by Amay Patnaik). #Raid2 knocking at your doors in cinemas near you on 1st May, 2025”
Much like the original film,, Raid 2 will also explore a real-life case, this time in the IT world, with Ajay’s character Amay Patnaik ready to discover the secrets and reveal the truth.
