Akshay Kumar and his wife Twinkle Khanna have become the proud parents of a little baby girl. Twinkle’s mother, actress Dimple Kapadia, confirmed the news.
“Twinkle was blessed with a baby girl this morning,” said a beaming grandmother.
This is the couple’s second child. They already have a son, the 10-year-old Aarav.
Kumar was in Jaipur promoting his film OMG:Oh My God when Twinkle went into labour. He cancelled all his prior commitments and rushed back to Mumbai to be with his wife.
“We are blessed with a lovely girl and she looks just like her mother and grandmother. There are no words to express my happiness, “said the delighted father in a statement. “I have no words to express my happiness. I would like to thank everyone for their blessings and best wishes,” he added.
We wish Akshay and Twinkle and their little bundle of joy lots of happiness and health.
