Amrita Rao has denied any suggestion of romantic entanglement with Harman Baweja, her co-star in Victory. “Amrita has always believed in maintaining a friendly relationship with her co-stars,” said a source, “But any suggestion of involvement is nothing but a wild rumour.”
Amrita has been saying recently that she’s perfectly happy to work with a first-time director provided the other factors are in place. “Before consenting to a first time director, the first and foremost thing that I look for is the script,” she explains, “There are all kind of projects that have come my way and I look forward to that strong factor that could carry all of us; the kind of support that could help the film to sail through.”
Amrita is currently working on Short Kut – The Con Is On, directed by Neeraj Vora. It also stars Akshaye Khanna. She will also be seen in the Kannada film Naticharami which is a remake of her Bollywood hit Vivah. She will feature opposite newcomer Niran. Meanwhile, she is working on Hook Ya Crook with John Abraham. After that, our busy girl will appear in the supernatural thriller Jaane Kahan Se Aayee Hai in which she plays an alien. The film will star Ritesh Deshmukh.
