Rajkumar Santoshi, Salman Khan and Aamir Khan have collaboratively expressed their keen desire to make and act in an Andaz Apna Apna sequel. The film went on in the nineties to become a cult comedy with both Khans along with Karisma Kapoor and Raveena Tandon all winning much accolades for this out-and-out comedy flick. In fact the Khans both went on to dually claim on Salman’s gameshow Dus Ka Dum that they would love to get together and work on a second installment where the men would play fathers to their own sons who would be played by them too.
However, director Rajkumar Santoshi has recently denied that he has in fact approached any of the Khans for the sequel of AAA. “I am not really making a sequel of Andaz Apna Apna. That film had its share of success. I am making a film on the lines of Andaz Apna Apna though which is called Adah Apni Apni. This film too will have four lead characters out of which two are Ranbir and Katrina,” he told a local daily. He went on to add, ““Aamir and Salman won’t suit the roles I have in mind so they won’t be a part of this film.”
