Shooting began for Mohit Suri’s Half Girlfriend this week. Based on the Chetan Bhagat novel of the same name, the drama filled romance stars Arjun Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor.
Arjun plays the role of Madhav Jha a national level basketball player. He went through a lot of training with the international basketball team from the USA to perfect the sport to perfect his basketball skills.

Talking about the film to IANS, the actor said, “There is pathos and drama in Half Girlfriend. It’s not just a frivolous rom-com (romantic-comedy). It’s a drama. That film has a journey. It’s a romantic journey and for me that is very exciting.”
