The cast and crew of Ayan Mukherji’s Yeh Jawaani hai Deewani had a blast while shooting for the song ‘Badtameez Dil’, composed by Pritam.
“There are a lot of youngsters on the sets and they don’t let go of an opportunity where they can have fun,” said a source.
Ranbir who stars in the film insisted dear friend Ayan to be a part of the song or he would not shoot for the party track.
The source further added, “There is a scene where someone pops open a champagne bottle and even smears cake on a guy. However, it took some time for everyone to convince Ayan to be a part of the shot. Ranbir even wanted Ayan to wear a coat. Finally the director gave in and shot for the scene.”
‘Badtameez Dil’ has already crossed the 1 million views mark on Dharma’s Official YouTube channel. The catchy song is composed by Pritam with lyrics by Amitabh Bahattacharya and sung by the great Benny Dayal.
According to the director, Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani is ” a story of the exhilarating and terrifying journey of four characters as they navigate through their youth; from their carefree laughter as they set off on a holiday together in their colleges days, until their bittersweet tears as they watch the first of their bunch get married.” Dharma Productions’ Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani releases on 31st May 2013.
