10. Friday May 9th, 2008 (Bangkok) – Viacom 18, a joint venture between American media conglomerate Viacom and TV 18, launched its new Hindi entertainment channel ‘Colors’. Akshay Kumar made a grand entry during the launch, zooming in through a glass barrier in a motorbike and also had a python curled around his neck throughout the press conference. The action superstar turns TV host for the channel, Colors, in one of its most talked about shows, Fear Factor – Khatron Ki Khiladi. The show’s contestants will consist of 13 well known models from Bollywood and will be shot in South Africa.
