Starring Ayushmann Khurrana and co-starring Bhumi Pednekar and Yami Gautam, Bala, which hits theaters today, is directed by Amar Kaushik and is produced by Dinesh Vijan and Reliance Entertainment.
It tells the story of Bala who takes pride in his voluminous, lustrous hair, only to realise later that he suffers from premature balding. Bold is surely beautiful but what about Bald?Bala tries to cope up with the situation and follows every bizarre advice that comes his way to grow them back. Brace yourself, for Bala and his unique tale will leave you in laughing!

Now we have a BTS video showing Ayushmann Khurrana’s transformation to being bald.
In the video the audience gets to see how the makeup artists make a cast to create a wig for Ayushmann and he is referred to as ‘Handsome Bala.’
‘Bechara Bala’ is the second stage, which shows him slightly balding with relatively less hair on his head. The third stage is a fully bald version, where the character is called ‘Bala Ka Bol Bala.’
The process seems difficult and gives an insight as to how long it takes with the different looks Ayushmann has throughout the film.
