Vivek Agnihotri’s Buddha in a Traffic Jam starring Anuroday Singh, Mahie Gill, Anupam Kher and Pallavi Joshi, is set against the backdrop of a premier B-school. The film will be screened in prestigious MAMI film festival on 16th October 2014.

When asked Vivek Agnihotri about it, he says, “I think it’s a very big platform for a very small film, and this film raises most important and sensitive national issues. I am delighted that such a politically volatile film will be staged at such a platform. This film is raised by the youth, for the youth, of the youth, It’s that kind of film. So i am sure that all issues we have raised in the film are becoming so true now. That people who will see it will find them relevant.”

Buddha In a Traffic Jam is an intriguing account of how a management student is drawn into the issues related with Naxalites, the story revolves around how he starts getting sucked into situations which are a threat to him and even the nation, at large!
