The Virat Kohli Foundation joined hands with Abhishek Bachchan’s Playing for Humanity to hold a charity football match. The Celebrity Clásico 2016 (an initiative by Cornerstone Sport & GS Worldwide Entertainment) took place at the Mumbai Football Arena, Andheri Sports Complex, on Saturday, June 4, 2016 at 7 pm. The primary objective of this endeavour was to generate funds for the foundation’s charitable initiatives.
A one-of-its-kind football match was played between All Heart Football Club – an initiative by Cornerstone Sport (Bunty Sajdeh) and All Stars Football Club – an initiative by GS Worldwide Entertainment (Bunty Walia).
The match was tie and Virat Kohli was declared man of the match.
