Coming up on December 12th, one of the classic most romantic stories of all time will have been running continuously for 1000 weeks. Yes, we are talking about Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge aka DDLJ. Now the longest running film in Indian Cinema, DDLJ released on October 20th, 1995 and it won every major award and made stars out of Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol. In fact, DDLJ defined the term “Bollywood”.
