Ferrari Ki Sawaari is the first film from the Vidhu Vinod Chopra camp that has ventured out of the country. Being a Vidhu Vinod Chopra film, the location would of course be impressive.
The first international shoot was carried out at none other than the impressive Lords Cricket Ground – the Mecca of Cricket, in London. Undoubtedly, getting permissions to shoot in such an exclusive locale would not be easy. Considering this was the first time that Vinod Chopra Films had ventured out of the country for any film, all permissions, schedules and logistics of the London shoot were managed smoothly.
The way the crew pulled off crowd management at the venue, correct permissions for Lords Long Room, which was a first, won them none other than the head honcho’s approval. Vinod Chopra was even heard talking to crew members expressing his happiness about the smoothness of the entire shoot.
