A multi–star cast, a 125 crore budget, a guest appearance by Kylie Minogue and extensive shooting completed in the Bahamas. Not bad for a debutant director. Blue, like every Akshay Kuamr release, has got its fair share of media attention. Not only because of the item song performed by Kylie, but also because D’Souza is leading the way with India’s first ever under water film, where the cast are out to find the deepest darkest secrets hidden 250ft below in the ocean. A high octane flick that I can’t wait to check out.

However due to date issues both had to decline the film. This is where Aamir Khan stepped in and Kareena Kapoor who had wanted to work with Aamir Khan for a while.
