After two consecutive unsuccessful films producer and director Vipul Shah returns to screens this May the 27th in hopes of finally delivering a hit! He returns with a film featuring his real-life wife Shefali Shah in a lead role alongside Rahul Bose! Debutant director and writer Barnali Ray Shukla brings to screen an unconventional love story featuring a bored housewife in search of herself and a notorious criminal on the run from the police.
Whilst Rahul Bose is a name that has been making news already in 2011, all due to his association with the much talked about Onir Nair directorial I AM, Shefali Shah is no such personality. The talented National Award winner was last seen in a minor role in Karthik Calling Karthik.
With the most unexpected of films taking over the box office and most hyped of releases not living up to expectations one wonders if Kucch Luv Jaisaa could be the first sleeper hit of 2011! Check out the exclusive first look that gives us the impression that this one is something to watch out for!
Synopsis:
Today is 29th Feb, and is Mrs Madhu Saxena’s birthday and as usual he husbands forgotten it. She can either choose to sulk and pity herself for the next four years or reinvent Madhu and take a grip over her life. She chooses to head out and enjoy her birthday and in this she meets Raghav, a criminal on the loose. With this begins a one-day adventure of the duo and it changes their lives forever.
