The southern sensation who just had his second Hindi release turns a year older – 31 to be precise! Yes, we’re talking about none other than the Rang De Basanti debutant Siddharth who wooed the ladies and the critics in his very first film.
Sharing his thoughts on Twitter (www.twitter.com/Actor_Siddharth) the actor said “this is the first time I’m getting direct wishes from fans and well wishers. Thank you so much and hopefully I’m getting older and wiser!” He also went onto to say that life has been very kind to him and hopefully the generosity continues.
Well, life has indeed been very kind to Siddharth and the next couple of years will be no different for sure. The actor has some remarkable projects shaping up down South that are making the news already. One of which is National Award Winner Prakash Rao’s fantasy adventure film with Shrutti Hassan that is being distributed by Walt Disney and marks Disney’s debut in the South. The film is slated for January release in 2011 but until then Siddharth fans will get to see him in a very comic and light hearted role for another Telugu film titled Bava slated to release this August. As for Hindi projects the actor expects to make some announcements in the coming months but surely is busy reading scripts.
