Starring Ajay Devgn, the upcoming Raid 2 is getting ready to hit the big screen on the 1st of May. Raid 2 is a sharp, immersive thriller that explores systemic rot, personal conviction, and the high price of truth. Set in the heart of India’s shifting financial and political landscape, Raid 2 continues the story of principled IRS officer Amay Patnaik, played by Ajay Devgn, as he confronts a new and more elusive breed of corruption. The film also stars Riteish Deshmukh as the villain of the piece as well as Vaani Kapoor in a featured role in the drama directed by Raj Kumar Gupta.
Adding to the world of a film, especially in Indian films, is the music and we have a new look into the story of Raid 2 with the heartfelt love song ‘Kamle’. Composed and performed by Sachet–Parampara, ‘Kamle’ pulses with emotional resonance, carried by soaring vocals from Parampara Tandon and Sachet Tandon. Featuring sweeping instrumentation and restrained intensity in every note, the track captures the quiet moments of vulnerability that lie beneath the film’s high-stakes tension.
Penned by celebrated lyricist Kausar Munir, ‘Kamle’ adds another layer to Raid 2’s rich soundscape, offering audiences a moment of reflection amid the storm of action and intrigue.
