Here is another report from Abhishek Bachchan’s day in London! The actor met the British Press on the release day of his new film Players in London today. The actor candidly spoke to journalists and also met VIP’s at Chak89 Restaurant to promote the official Bollywood remake of The Italian Job.

The 35-year-old actor who was supposed to be accompanied by co-star Sonam Kapoor and Bipasha Basu on his whirlwind promotional tour to the UK said that he misses them here.

“I messaged Bipasha Basu just now to tell her that I miss her but they are busy promoting the film back in India. They are travelling as well. I think, because there are a lot of actors in the film, we managed to cover a lot more places but I do miss them as they are both beautiful and sweet,” said Bachchan.

Abhishek Bachchan will also meet his fans and sign merchandise at Cineworld Feltham in London today from 5 pm (GMT).
Speaking about the event which will take place in a few hours, the actor said: ” I am very excited. I love meeting my fans and I am one of the few who really enjoy meeting them. They are my support, so I am very excited.”

The Dostana actor also exclusively revealed to UK BollySpice reporter Sunny Malik that the sequel of Tarun Mansukhani’s hit film will not be shot in London as planned: “Unfortunately, the sequel will not take place in London anymore. The new script has changed and I am sorry that it’s not in London anymore. I loved shooting Jhoom Barabar Jhoom here and I hope to come back to film here soon.”

Players is out in theaters today!
