Irrfan Khan, the internationally acclaimed actor, has become a familiar face in the West. After Anil Kapoor, we are now also going to see Khan in a popular television serial.
The actor just spent three months in New York where he was shooting for the third season of the very popular television series In-Treatment which stars Hollywood actor Gabriel Byrne (Millers’ Crossing, The Usual Suspects).
“I can’t tell how exciting it was to shoot with an actor like Gabriel. My time in New York was absolutely delightful. I’m happy with the kind of international assignments I have been getting post Mira Nair’s The Namesake and Michael Winterbottom’s A Mighty Heart“, says an elated Irrfan.
In-Treatment follows a psychotherapist’s (Gabriel Byrne) weekly session with his patients. The television series is directed by Rodrigo Garcia.
