And before every poem there is a window of thought that transports the reader in the realms of romance and beauty. Says Irshad, “When you are writing for a film you are under different kinds of pressure and while good work can blossom under pressure, some times you need to write for yourself and just let the words flow in their own sweet time. This book is a collection of those freewheeling thoughts and ideas captured in these 31 nazms. Being amidst the contemporary times,I’ve tried to travel the lanes of love in the light of today’s reality.”
The book will soon be launched in Delhi by Ranbir Kapoor and Imtiaz Ali.
