Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Season 6 ended its week 5 with a blast for the contestants. Yes, it is time for some serious competition for the contestants as this week got in the wild card twist for them! With 7 wild card entries, season 6 has gone a notch higher. And who are these 7 entries who will give the contestants a run for their places? Read on to know!
1. ROCHELLE RAO
Whoever has watched the Indian Premier League season 6 knows this pretty lady who was the host of the season. Rochelle is the sister of Chennai VJ and model Paloma Rao and has won the Femina Miss India International 2012. She was also the first runner up in Pantaloons Femina Miss India South in January 2012 and is now here to compete for her place in Jhalak season 6.
2. ROHIT ROY
This is one popular TV face here! Rohit has acted in a number of TV soaps, rising to fame in the 1995 drama Swabhimaan and has hosted reality shows, including Jhalak Dikhhlaa Jaa season 2 and 3. He played the character Fattu in Shootout in Lokhandwala and is now here bravely to win hearts in JDJ!
3. SANA SAEED
No one has ever been able to forget the 8 saal ki Anjali from Kuch Kuch Hota hai. Now with her comeback in Student of the Year, Sana Saeed is evidently here to stay and to add glamour and ‘dancer of the year’ to the show.
4. MUKTI MOHAN
A contemporary dancer, Mukti has participated in the Star Plus show Zara Nachke Dikha and has also won Comedy Circus along with Kapil Sharma. She has also made appearances in a few movies and is now all here to set Jhalak on fire!
5. VATSAL SETH
Another much loved child artist of the Just Mohabbat fame, Vatsal made his adult debut in films with Taarzan: The Wonder Car. He also starred in Nanhe Jaisalmer and other films and we will see him competing on this dance platform now!
6. MANTRA
Known for his amazing anchoring and radio jockeying, Mantra has also had his share of appearances and roles in films like Tum Mile, London Paris New York, Bheja Fry 2 and so on. It is time for him to keep the mike at bay and let his body sway!
7. KARAN PATEL
Best known for his role as Robbie Sabarwal in the Star Plus show Kasturi, Karan has acted in quite a few well known TV soaps. He made his film debut with City of Gold and his second film was Shootout at Wadala. Karan seems to have confidence in taking over Jhalak and racing the participants to the Jhalak trophy!
According to a source, the seven wild card entries will compete and 4 of them will be selected for the competition. Wait and watch to know who will make it through and pray that your favourite one does!
