The actress has loved sugar canes since childhood, and this love was witnessed by the crew of Tanu Weds Manu Returns while they were shooting in Wahi.
There is a scene in the film where the actress is supposed to eat sugar canes. After cutting the shot, this got translated into real life and a lot of sugar canes were brought for the entire crew. It was like a sugar cane treat from Kangana & director Anand Rai for the team.
Tanu Weds Manu Returns releases in UK cinemas on 12th June 2015 and also star R. Madhavan.
