And with the partying and alcohol comes the menacing action of drinking and driving who everyone seems to fall prey to! On the joyous occasion of New Year our favourite Jolly, aka Akshay Kumar, has come forward in his jolly good avatar to try and put an end to this practice of drinking and driving through a special video!
