Kantara: The First Chapter, the eagerly awaited prequel to the 2022 blockbuster Kantara, gets bigger by the week. After adding Diljit Dosanjh’s vocals to the product to entice North Indian audiences, the makers have now decided to dub Kantara: The First Chapter into Spanish, the first Kannada film to get this privilege.
The decision was taken in the light of the first Kantara film’s widespread popularity in Spanish-speaking countries like Mexico, Argentina and Spain.
A source close to the project spills the beans. “With Kantara: The First Chapter, Rishab Shetty wants to reach a global audience , in every nook and corner of the world. This is Rishab’s opportunity to do what RRR did for Ram Charan and NTR and Pushpa 3 is expected to do for Allu Arjun.”
