In what can easily be deemed one of the most unconventional Koffee with Karan episodes, Ajay Devgn took over the couch as he openly spoke about, well, everything. The actor, who normally shies away from the media, decided, on persistence of his actress wife Kajol, to finally appear on the popular chat show. Ajay openly explained that he was in fact, scared of appearing on the show and chatting with Karan because of the nature of his questions. However, he decided to take the plunge this time round and wowed the host with his honesty and wit.

Ajay went on to talk about his relationship and romance with Kajol. Claiming that he wasn’t fond of her initially, it took time for him to warm up to her and eventually realized she was indeed the one he wanted to spend the rest of his life with. Despite being such a high profile actor, the actor has remained “scandal” free ala alleged relationships with his costars. His reason is simple: been there, done that.

As for his so-called rivalry with actors including Shah Rukh Khan and Akshay Kumar, he went on to say these were all media cooked. Talking about his reclusive ways, he admitted that he has a set of friends he is most comfortable with and is happy with his children after works.

The actor also opened up about his unhappiness with his role in Rajneeti which led to a small fall out with director Prakash Jha. However, Ajay explained that they both sorted out their issue and will work together in the future. He wowed in his Rapid Fire round when he advised Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor not to marry while he feared from entering Ranbir Kapoor’s room. “I’m afraid of what and who, I’d find in there!” he said.

Next week, Karan looks back at his current season thus far; the good, the bad, the ugly.
