Aamir Khan seems to have landed himself in a bit of a fix. He is currently shooting for the remake of Tamil hit Ghajini. Titled Kajri, the film requires two heroines.
Tamil actress Asin has already been finalised for one of the lead female roles, which she also played in the original. However, two weeks into shooting, the crew is yet to finalize the second leading lady who is required for quite a few scenes.
As reported earlier by BollySpice, several names were on the cards for the role, including Kangana Ranaut and Priyanka Chopra. However, a new name seems to have emerged on the wanted list. An actress who has been making serious waves in recent times, Konkona Sen Sharma, might just bag the role. A source tells Mumbaimirror, “Kangana is definitely, not going to be a part of the film. Priyanka has been on the list for some time now. The latest addition is Konkona Sen Sharma.”
In addition to debating between Priyanka and Konkona, Aamir is auditioning fresh faces for the role. Well, it seems like it’s a battle between Priyanka, Konkona and a new face for a prestigious role with Aamir Khan! Let’s wait and watch who finishes the race.
