It was a great game of Chinese Whispers, when Malaika Arora-Khan walked the ramp at the recent Lakme Fashion Week for Mai Mumbai. The front row was seated by all her close friends and hubby Arbaaz Khan. While they gaped and gawked at the beauty as she strutted her stuff, audiences couldn’t help but notice a bump. Friends of the sexy lass went ahead to “whisper loudly” that Malaika is in fact three months pregnant.
For all those who don’t already know, Mrs. Khan is mother to a six-year old son believe it or not. However, she has maintained her beautiful bod till date, making her quite the “Yummy Mummy.” So, she walked adorning her bump, husband Arbaaz cheering her on, and whistling galore. If rumors are to believed, then we could see a new addition to the Khan family in the coming months.
Malaika walked the ramp for a charity event hosted by hotelier Vikram Chatwal and supermodel Naomi Campbell jointly. She was joined by other celebrities including Deepika Paduokone, Arjun Rampal and wife Mehr Jesia, Madhu Sapre, Rahul Bose, Rahul Khanna, Kunal Kapoor, Milind Soman, Farhan Akhtar and many models to support them. Each celebrity walked the ramp twice, first in designer wear and next adorning “Mai Mumbai” tees.
“Naomi Campbell’s Fashion for Relief was greatly appreciated by Lakme Fashion Week to collect funds and create awareness for Citizens for Peace and Justice, an organization to aid victims and their families of the 26/11 Mumbai Terror Attacks,” a Lakme representative explained to a leading publication.
