Starring Shahid Kapoor, ‘Deva,’, the forthcoming action thriller directed by Rosshan Andrrews has had audiences very intrigued since it was first announced. The intense drama, which see the esteemed actor take on a fierce avatar, also features Pooja Hegde, is one of the most anticipated releases of 2024.
The director said earlier, “I am honored to be directing DEVA, and I am eager to bring this thrilling story to the screen. With Shahid Kapoor’s exceptional talent and the combined efforts of our fantastic team, I am confident that ‘DEVA’ will offer a unique and enthralling cinematic experience.”
Shot in Mumbai, the cameras started rolling for ‘Deva’ in late October 2023. Now, the team has successfully canned the last shot for the first schedule of the film and are excited to begin the next.
Deva delves into the world of a rebellious police officer as he embarks on a high-profile case. With each step deeper into the investigation, he begins to unravel a complex web of deceit and betrayal, leading him down an exhilarating and perilous path.
Directed by Rosshan Andrrews and Produced by Zee Studios and Siddharth Roy Kapur’s Roy Kapur Films, ‘Deva’ is slated for release on October 11, 2024, on the occasion of Dussehra.
