Mughda Godse was recently caught in a car accident when her car, in which she was a passenger, was hit on the side by another car. She escaped with cuts and bruises but it could have been much worse. “I was sleeping in my car when it happened,” she explains, “There was a loud noise and I woke up with a jerk. The car had turned turtle. My driver told me that somebody overtook our car and he had to swerve to the left. I guess he lost control and hence the accident. He then helped me out of the car.”
Mughda was the star of the recent spring fashion weeks in India – in both Delhi for Satya Paul and in Mumbai for Narendra Kumar. But what does she like to wear when she’s not on duty? “You will always find me in my comfortable dresses, my harem pants, and a vest or in my shorts when I’m at home chilling,” she says, “But when I go out you’ll see me very dressed up.”
As she begins to make her way in Bollywood away from the catwalks, Mughda has so far been very careful about her choice of projects. After Jail with Neil Nitin Mukesh, she will next be seen in the very enticing Raas Leela which features top French actress Emmanuelle Beart and will star Kajol’s sister, Tanisha.
