After her impressive work opposite Vijaykanth in Arasangam, Navneet Kaur has been offered three lead roles in Tollywood, marking a clear progression in her career. The movie Arasangam was a typical ‘good guy saves the world’ Tamil thriller but had the unique angle that it was shot almost entirely in Canada, in and around Toronto.

Navneet has become known for wearing attractive costumes and looking sexy. How does Navneet feel about doing glamorous roles? “There is nothing wrong in it,” she says. “The audience who spend money on a ticket and come to a movie want to be entertained. They expect the heroine to look glamorous and to expose herself a little, so I don’t want to disappoint them.”

And what would be her dream man? “Regarding my dream man, I have never thought about it. I need an honest man to begin with, and should respect me. And he should be handsome too, that’s it.”

Navneet also appeared in Seenu, Vasanti and Lakshm and made waves in Chetna:The Experiment, Good Boy, Maharadhi and Yamadonga.
