Neha Dhupia has finished her work on the American TV series Bollywood Hero opposite Saturday Night Live‘s Chris Kattan. She clearly did her best to entertain him during his stay in India and speaks highly of her co-star. “I have seen his movies and he’s so funny,” she says, “I have taken him to places like the Taj and the Gateway of India and introduced him to Indian food at Mahesh Lunch Home. He’s very impressed with the beauty of India and shopped so much that he had to send his luggage by ship. Chris is fascinated by our temples and has become a Ganesh bhakt. Nowadays, he says that everything goes well because of Ganesh. He also brought lots of bracelets with emeralds and stones.”
Neha recently walked the ramp at the Kolkata Fashion Week for Shane & Falgani wearing a black ribbed and flared evening gown with a tight bodice bearing gold horizontal stripes. Her appearance caused quite a stir at the event and she was asked how she felt about the unique creation. “It’s really rice…though a bit heavy. I definitely can’t run a marathon wearing this dress, but can definitely walk with panache to a very very fashionable event, even to an international gala red carpet event!”
Neha is looking forward to her next movie – the much anticipated portfolio Paying Guest which includes a host of stars including Shreyas Talpade, Celina Jaitley, Sayali Bhagat and Riya Sen.
