It seems that it is not just Sharman Joshi who has opted out of Golmaal 3 but Arshad Warsi too has decided to give the third installment a miss. Apparently after the success of Ishqiya, the actor has realized that he has the potential to take on solo hero films and thus has said a big fat NO to Rohit Shetty. In fact he told the director of Golmaal 3 that if he did decide to be a part of the film, he wanted to be paid a whopping 3 crores for his role.

Warsi has also expressed his unhappiness with his role in the third part along with the price the other actors were being offered versus him. Director Rohit Shetty has found himself in a big fix especially since the film is all set to begin rolling this April. As of now the cast consists of Ajay Devgan, Tusshar Kapoor, Shreyas Talpade, Kunal Khemu who has taken Sharman Joshi’s place and Mithun Chakraborty who has replaced Paresh Rawal along with Kareena Kapoor as the female lead.

In the meantime, Rohit is looking to yet convince Arshad and the production house confirmed that they both are in negotiation stages. Warsi is said to be focusing on his home production Kaun Bola and not interested in multi-hero films.
