Baywatch star, PETA ambassador and strict vegetarian, Pamela Anderson has indicated her desire to be in a Bollywood movie. “I’m really looking forward to coming to India,” she says, “And I’d also love to be in a Bollywood movie. Indian men are hot! Especially the vegetarian ones. You know, nothing is hotter than compassion.”
Pamela has recently had her new PETA ad, which shows her as an airport officer taking animal products off passengers, rejected by the CNN Airport Network as being too extreme for children. She might feel more at home in India therefore where many top stars including John Abraham, Rakhi Sawant, Shilpa Shetty and Sherlyn Chopra have supported PETA’s campaign against animal cruelty.
Shilpa has campaigned in particular against animal circuses. “Circuses are no fun for wild animals who are caged, beaten, and deprived of all that is natural to them,” she says, “The best advice for children and parents who want to help animals is simply to boycott circuses that use animals.” Sherlyn, meanwhile, recently adorned the billboards of Europe in lingerie in a campaign with the tagline, “Whips and Chains Belong in The Bedroom Not With Animals” and John can be seen in a campaign encouraging people to campaign for the banning of caged wild birds.
