Shoojit Sircar’s family comedy drama is breaking records and creating history worldwide. Piku notched up 11.2 Cr Nett on Sunday in India, doubling the Friday figures, taking the domestic weekend to 25.22 Cr Nett.
The domestic break up is: Friday- 5.32 Cr Nett., Saturday- 8.70 Cr Nett. and Sunday- 11.2 Cr. Nett
Overseas, Piku has taken the biggest weekend opening of 2015 clocking nearly 2.273 Million USD or roughly 14.54 Cr. GBO.
The film is riding on a massive positive word of mouth and has ensured that youth and families throng the cinemas to take a peek into the crazy world of Piku, Baba and Rana.

The Monday trends of the film are extremely good and at par with Friday and the film is expected to continue it’s dream run at the box office.
