Preity Zinta was celebrating her 34th birthday on January 31st and bought it in with much pomp. PZ, as she is fondly called, had a birthday bash at her home to call in her birthday this year and while the whose who of the industry arrived in good spirits. Friends that attended included Shah Rukh Khan, Farhan Akhtar, Chunky Pandey and Arjun Rampal. However, while the celebs were getting down to some real partying, it seems the celebration was turning out to be a sleepless affair for her neighbors. All was well until the wee hours of the night when the party took off and the music got too loud for the neighbors to bear with. When it got out of hand, the cops were called to the Zinta house where they were told to keep it down. The partygoers agreed and down came the volume.
However, barely had the police left, the volume came jarring back to the loud frequency. Her neighbors were said to be very unhappy and obviously angry.
Tut-Tut Preity. For being a preacher of the ideal citizen and normally being such considerate person, this really seems a bit out of order. Maybe next time it would be a good idea to invite your neighbors to the party so that the loud music is not a problem…just a suggestion.
