Preview: Bhool Chuk Maaf, a Romance with a lot of Funny starring Rajkummar Rao and Wamiqa Gabbi

The much-anticipated Bhool Chuk Maaf starring Rajkummar Rao and Wamiqa Gabbi is getting for release on May 9th! A Maddock Films production and distributed internationally by Yash Raj Film, Karan Sharma wrote and directed the intriguing rom with lots of com.

A comedy with a romance at its core, Bhool Chuk Maaf follows Ranjan, a hopeless romantic for his love, Titli. But, just before the wedding, fate intervenes, and Ranjan is stuck in an unending time loop on the day of their wedding preparations. What happens next is a humorous and heartfelt journey through love, destiny, and second chances.

As producer Dinesh Vijan said, “Storytelling is at its best when it comes from the heart of India. At its core, Bhool Chuk Maaf explores the two biggest small-town pressures: finding the right bride and securing a decent job. Chokri aur naukri, as we say. Ranjan and Titli are madly in love but caught between the very real tussle of love and naukri as they navigate the expectations of their heart that wants romance and of the family that wants a reliable paycheck. Layered with humour, deep human emotions, and the beautiful tradition of nek karya, this film will make you laugh, maybe even cry, and most of all, believe in love and life again.”

We also have the first track, ‘Koi Naa’, a beautiful love song composed by Tanishk Bagchi and Gifty. The moving lyrics were penned by Irshad Kamil. The melodious and, at the same time, groovy track features outstanding vocals by Harnoor and Shreya Ghoshal.

We wanted to bring an experience that mirrors the emotional journey of the movie, captures the essence of Ranjan and Titli’s characters.”
