Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor showed his appreciation to his fans in London at a meet and great held on Monday 27th August in Feltham Cineworld.
The actor is in London promoting his next release Barfi! and showed his love for his fans by signing autographs, taking pictures and shaking hands at the cinema, which is known for its Bollywood premiers.
Ranbir Kapoor watched a group of three artists perform a mini sketch to the song Ala Barfi from Barfi!. A selection of lucky fans, which where picked at random, also were asked to dance to a song from Barfi! which Ranbir Kapoor, watched. The actor gave out prices for the best performance.
Speaking about the event Ranbir said, “thank you so much for this love and support. It’s really heartwarming. I’m here for the film Barfi! which has its UK premiere on September 18, so if you have the time please go and check it out. Thank you so much for all this love. I’m very touched.”
Barfi! is a Bollywood romantic comedy directed by Anurag Basu and tells the story of a speech and hearing impaired man, played by Ranbir Kapoor. The film also stars Priyanka Chopra and sees Southern star Ileana D’Cruz make her Bollywood debut.
