Ranveer Singh in full on Wrath of God intensity and as only he can hit the stage to showcase his upcoming film Dhurandhar at the 56th International Film Festival of India (IFFI) in Goa. The Jio Studios and B62 Studios’ film made a magnificent mark on the global stage during the closing ceremony.
Not only talking about Dhurandhar, the actor also presented the newly released track, ‘Gehra Hua’, and felicitated Rajnikanth’s 50 illustrious years in Indian cinema.
The closing ceremony witnessed a spectacular presentation of Dhurandhar’s love-filled track, ‘Gehra Hua’, sung beautifully by Arijit Singh and Armaan Khan, composed by Shashwat Sachdev and penned by Irshad Kamil. It struck a chord with the audience and earned heartwarming applause. Ranveer Singh expressed joy upon showcasing the song on the IFFI stage, and shared that he’s thrilled with the response to the teaser, trailer, and the songs of Dhurandhar.
Speaking about Dhurandhar’s director Aditya Dhar, he hailed the National-Award-winning filmmaker’s intense creation, URI: The Surgical Strike, excitedly asking the audiences if they’ve experienced the grand spectacle!
The actor also opened up about director Aditya Dhar’s intention behind creating Dhurandhar and shared that the intent was to take an Indian movie to the world, following the classic international creations like Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon (China) and Parasite (Korea). “We hope that this will be counted as one of the great installments within this genre (of international creations),” he shared, adding that Dhurandhar is a visual spectacle on a large canvas with a very intriguing tale.
Ranveer Singh also felicitated the legendary actor, Rajinikanth, on his 50 glorious years in cinema, highlighting his spectacular contribution to Indian cinema.

The closing ceremony was held at the expansive Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Indoor Stadium in Panjim, Goa, and it emerged as a star-studded affair with several national and international media present, as well as prominent figures from the film industry.
Dhurandhar features a stellar ensemble cast headlined by Ranveer Singh, along with Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, R. Madhavan, and Arjun Rampal. This high-octane action thriller is written, directed, and produced by Aditya Dhar, and produced by Jyoti Deshpande and Lokesh Dhar. Presented by Jio Studios, a B62 Studios production, it is ready to set the stage for a cinematic storm in theatres on 5th December 2025.
