It was only recently that we at Bollyspice, had reported that in an interview Ram Gopal Varma doesn’t have any hard feelings about his adversaries yet once again, we hear of a clash of words on Twitter involving Karan Johar and the ace director.

While speaking on the kind of audience that will enjoy his forthcoming trilingual, Rakta Charitra, he tweeted “Rc[Rakta Charitra] has no loving families..it only has warring families. So all those who liked kabhi khushi kabhi gum better stay away from Rakta Charitra”. While the statement has been taken as a second dig and Karan, the director-producer also went on to make comment about another forthcoming film, Hisss which stars Mallika Sherawat and Irfan Khan. Tweeting, “The battle between sex and violence is all set to start on October 22nd betweenn Mallika Sherawat’s fangs and Vivek’s sickle..may Devil bless them”, it would seem that he was more sportive to the clash set between the films.

While Mallika has not made any comment to wish good luck, Karan Johar is not a happy chappy with RGV’s remarks. Even though he was on a self-proclaimed sabbatical from Twitter, within 48hours of RGV’s tweet-dig at K3G, Karan tweeted “Apparently Rakhtcharitra is not for people who liked K3G!! Didn’t know planet pluto had multiplexes!! Aliens can’t wait to see it!!” Ouch!

If this tweet war wasn’t enough of a self-imposed headache for the Rann director, he is facing further censorship issues with a quote supposedly from the Mahabharata. Displayed as “Revenge is the purest emotion” – Mahabharata, the board have objected to its authenticity and have instructed it to be removed completely. A task that will cost the producer, Sheetal Talwar, a significant amount since the advertising materials have been distributed. However, the Hindustan Times reports this is mostly likely what will be done. “Yes, they have asked us to remove it. We believe that the sentiments of the people are important and if this hurts them then we will remove it,” she says.

While Rakta Charitra 1 is dues out this Friday along with Hisss and Jhootha Hi Sahi, the second part, Rakta Charitra 2 is set to clash with Guzaarish on November 19.
