The Khan household continued with their decade old tradition of welcoming a Ganesh idol to their Galaxy Apartment home in Bandra again this year.
Last week, the Khan family celebrated Maharashtra’s biggest festival – the birth of Lord Ganesh – for a day and a half. Salman Khan took time off from a busy schedule to take part in the festivities which are overlooked by father and script writer Salim Khan and sister Arpita.
Ganpati was brought to the Khan residence on Wednesday, which was followed by prayers for the duration of the stay. Lord Ganesh was then taken to Bandstand for immersion on the eve of the second day.
