While many Bollywood stars have been making forays onto foreign soil lately, Salman Khan was one of the first to complete an international film opposite Ali Larter. While the initial excitement for this project was through the roof, the delayed release has dampened the euphoria.
Fans can breathe a sigh of relief as Marigold is finally set to release on May 18th. While the film was shot and completed a few years ago, the release was stalled and Adlabs has finally taken the project up and is readying it for release. Marigold is the story of an American actress who travels to India and lands a minor part in a Bollywood musical, where she meets the choreographer Prem. Through Prem, Marigold experiences Bollywood, India and maybe even love in a way she could never have imagined.
