London-based Australian actress Tania Zaetta has demanded an apology from the Australian government over allegations she had sex with troops while on a goodwill mission in Afghanistan.
Australian Prime Minister, Kevin Rudd has said, “As I understand it, these matters are under investigation within the defence department and I will leave it for that investigation to reach its own conclusions.”
The Daily Telegraph in Sydney, reporting the allegations, claimed they first appeared in a briefing note to the Defence Minister, Joel Fitzgibbon. But Zaetta, who is probably better known for her TV appearances in Australia than in India has responded, “This is the most ridiculous story I’ve heard about my life, and I’ve heard plenty over the years in this industry.”
Tania has appeared in Baywatch and played the role of a porn star in several episodes of the TV series Pizza . In Bollywood, she appeared in Bunty Aur Babli, Salaam Namaste and more recently in Mr Black and Mr White.
