Shahid Kapoor has always been keen to learn new things and recently when his house needed a renovation he decided to do the re-modeling himself.
The Teri Meri Kahaani actor wanted to make sure his house reflects his taste and personality which is why he decided not to get an interior designer on board. Although, the 31-year-old heartthrob bought a few interior magazines and scanned them thoroughly.
“Shahid decided to keep his walls white and the flooring and furniture essentially black which makes his house look spacious,” said a source.
The actor, currently working on Phata Poster Nikla Hero, made sure to keep his interior designing simple but elegant.
Shahid also made a den for himself where he has a comfortable bed and an interesting collection of films across all genres. He feels that is the best way to invest in his craft i.e acting is by watching and learning from work across boundaries.
