Mallika Sherawat is reportedly interested in appearing in the sequel to Murder. The cross-over star is rumoured to be in talks to reprise her role opposite Emraan Hashmi, the Hindustan Times reports.
Producer Mukesh Bhatt announced: “Mallika has been meeting us for the last few days. Discussions are on and she’s a strong contender.”
Although serial kisser Emraan is said to be unwilling to work with the star again, his comments to the tabloid remained diplomatic.
The Dil Diya Hai actor said: “I’m fine with whoever the producer and director signs. If the makers feel Mallika suits the role I am fine with it. I don’t impose my views on casting.”
