Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty has announced that she is pregnant with her first child.
Shilpa Shetty who tied the knot to businessman Raj Kundra in 2009 confirmed the news via social networking site Twitter. The actress tweeted, “Tweetos,”YES” an addition 2 r family is r confirmation 2 all queries 🙂 We seek blessings from all in this very beautiful phase of our lives.”
According to a source Shilpa is in her second trimester. The source told the media, “Shilpa suffered a miscarriage earlier this year, so this time Raj and she did not want to break the news till the first trimester was complete. Now, she has started telling her close friends.”
Shilpa Shetty will next be seen in the film The Desire playing the role of an Indian classical dancer who falls in love with a Chinese artist, played by Xia Yu.
