While SRK is gearing up for the release of Farah Khan’s Om Shanti Om, he’s all set to work with her husband in an action film titled Joker. Well that is, according to rumour of course! Shirish Kunder who made his debut with Jaanemann claims, “Casting hasn’t even begun. The only thing that’s been finalised is that this will be the first film to be produced under my production house Shirish Kunder Film Company. Joker is a sci-fi action film with loads of action and visual effects.”
Apparently Shirish had written the script but SRK saw the final draft and requested some changes to be made, thereby delaying the film for a couple months. A source tells Mumbai Mirror, “SRK is not very happy with the final draft of the film and has now asked Shirish Kunder to accordingly make changes in the script. SRK would have scrapped the film if it was anyone else but since we all know how fond he is of Farah and Shirish, he has asked him to make the necessary changes. Shirish has, meanwhile, gone back and is reworking on the script.” Either way, I guess we can satisfy our SRK-dose with Chak De India this Friday.
