Aashayein (release date: June 20) – John Abraham teams up with director Nagesh Kukunoor (Iqbal, Dor) to bring a story about a gambler who is dying and how he decides to live the last days of his life. Looking at Nagesh’s track record, we can expect another fine film. Also this may very well be John’s breakout performance. Let’s just hope it doesn’t turn out to be another No Smoking when John also worked with a very promising director but ended up falling flat.
